of fertilizers and grass seeds for the conditions we face here in northern Illinois and the surrounding areas.

Fertilizer by the Numbers
The three numbers on plant fertilizer bags represent nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium (in that order) and how much of each is in the blend. Remember up,
down, and around: Nitrogen, number one, goes up for a healthy green. Phosphorous, number two, goes down to the roots, and potassium, number three,
promotes all around good health. Ask the plant pro at Reds which combination is right for your plants and specific gardening problem. |

We are now carrying recycled tire mulch. You never need to replenish it. It is very soft and great for play areas. It helps take tires out of landfills and
it gives us a great soft mulch that does not disappear. |
